CIC Credit Monitoring Service ripoff Internet Internet

The CIC Credit Monitoring Service does not conduct their business ethically. It took approximately 25 minutes for me to be connected to a real person. When I was finally connected the first thing they asked for was my social security number. When pressed they were able to locate the account without my social security number. They allowed me to cancel my "subscription" and said they would refund my money in approximately 7 days. The thing is, I canceled this subscription a year ago.
