Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Charged $79.95 for a free credit report that I didn't ask for. I did not make authorization for the charge and do not know how they got my information. I called them and they told me that someone used my card and they can't do anything. My bank is doing an investigation, but I do not know if it will get anywhere.
I just want all consumers to beware. Nothing that says free is really free.
