Circuit City Ripps Customers Off with their Warranties! Sugarland Texas

I purchased a Bel-Tronics STI Driver Rader Dectector on 8/12/2007 with an 4 yr extended warranty in the amount of $540.13 ( order number 4421-525536). On June 26,2008, I bring it back for warranty issues and of course they don't have my rader dectector anymore. So they replaced my rader dectector with the best one they had in the store with a Bel Rx65b which cost only 369.99( ticket # 325402335143 ).

Instead of refunding me the difference, they charged me the same amount of money for a lesser rader dectector for the same price as what I purchased the first time. Their reasoning was thats how the warranty works. You can't get your money back for things that cost less. Well, I can understand that if their was another rader detector but their wasn't and now I lost out alot of money. I'm asking for the difference of my money back or order me the same rader dectector.
