The following day I tried to logon, but the site will not allow me access to use the rest of my funds. I thought I was putting in the wrong username/password after checking, my information was correct. I emailed customer service, waited 48hrs as noted, and for each email I've gotten no reply. then I click on the "retrieve password icon" the password that was sent to my email address by the vendor was identical to the pass word on my information. I want my funds returned to my account.
