CITIBANK N.A. ripoff New York New York

Citibank was harrassing me for 6 months by sending me unwanted credit card application on a weekly basis. Althought I requested them numerous times to stop this annoying practices, they continue harrassing me.

I got fed up, so I contacted Federal Reserve and they requested them to stop this practice. I have been a member of citibank for 5 years and I never have used deposit slip while depositing in ATM machines inside Citibank. As a replisal against me the Citibank accreditted $1,340 to another client. I HAD THE ATM RECEIPT, SO THEY HAVE TO ACREDIT THE MONEY THEY TRIED TO STEAL FROM ME. THEY ALSO CHARGED ME $60 FOR BOUNCING CHECKS THAT I wrote against the $1,340 I thought were on my account.

This never happened to me before, not until I complained against Citibank. They were ordered to return my $60 and two apology letters, but you really wonder how can this be possible?
