They do not hire Americans and outsource all of their work overseas causing a lot of trouble when you have a simple inquiry, the person servicing you usually has no knowledge and makes everything worst for you. Either blocking your account or with holding your money for a simple card activation question or a change of address, meaning they are hiring the best of the best.
They are ridiculously stupid and annoying and will make your blood pressure rise.
Additionally, it is so easy for someone to doxx you and get your account closed down as they have no security measures such as asking and verifying identity of the person that is calling or asking for a code before proceeding!
This has caused us a lot of harm and ruined our credit history after having the account closed down so fast that no credit score is generated. Additionally, if you use any of their credit cards they will reduce your limit any time without warning causing a drop in your credit score despite never missing a payment and paying in full. These entire company is a big con-artist scam that does whatever they want to the consumer. I am so sick of the thick accents when I call customer service and I'm so sick of being messed with financially.
Anything affliated with Citibank is a bucket of crap including their "exective response team" and customer service.

Why not sign up for remedial reading, Flint? It is clear you have the reading comphrenshion of a 5 year old child and didn't read what I said. You are a troll, a shill for Citibank or a defensive employer for this garbage corporation.
I wrote this to air my grievances with this as many people have issues with them, looking at consumer reviews they have a lot of one star reviews and experience abysmal ratings for their incompetence and treatment of their long time consumers.
One, I have always made payments on time and never just paid the minimal balance, so instead of spewing out ignorant comments perhaps educate yourself first.
Go, take a remedial reading and writing class.

All of all bills paid on time and in full every time, you stupid piece of crap! We were never late on any payments you d**k. In fact, we had a perfect credit score of 850. This bank is a communist cesspool that holds onto your rewards as well failing to pay it. We have complained multiple times with no resolution.
Additionally, your credit score can drop when you pay off an entire account and close it due to you not making monthly payments.

Pay your d**n bills and you won't need to worry about your credit score. There is only one way to end up with a low credit score, and that involves not paying your bills.
