CitiFinancial Auto Condescending and Humiliating Denver Colorado

I called to make payment arrangements after a particularly hard economic summer (yes, 2008 - who hasn't?) and Michelle (claims she was Vice President of her floor, found out she was only Assistant VP) refused to take my payment. I was 42 days behind and was making one payment in November and TWO in December. This was 'unacceptable' to her.

Michelle said and i quote: "I suggest you call everyone who knows you and loves you and ask for some money". I stated that they had lost their money in the 401K fall out and she said "Well, i'm sure more than ONE person loves you." This woman was the most condescending, hateful person I have EVER spoken too.

She said they sent out a letter to repo my car (to date I still do not have one) and I told her that my car is worth $2,000 and I owe $7,000 on the bill. She didn't care. She was a RUTHLESS individual.

I cannot believe that ANYONE would treat another human being that way. She said quite a few more hateful things that I am not listing. What this did to me was make me NOT want to give her my money!

Don't EVER get a loan from CitiFinancial Auto. They are HATEFUL people and LAUGH when you are having troubles.
