i am not trying to wiggle out of anything i have had hard luck because of economy,past years finally getting on track ,ive always paid what i owed its hard for my family and me to ask for help. you must be  a citimortgage friend or loan modifaction company friend. for almost a year ive tried to work out something with citimortgage to no avail.  then i tried mod company,   first legal net, april sherrill who promised me i would have no problem getting modification from citi financial after i paid 2900 dollars! how stupid of me,  then i was dealing withemory law melissa williams,then i dealing with friedman law ,brian hope attorney,(who lost all my paperwork,

then put candice watkins paralegal,then put with heidi ortiz paralegal, after months of worry and many many faxes,i was turned down nov 1 by citimortgage trying to get balloon note due april 2014 ,get a extension or modification.  Denied !  then i complained to everyone i could think of who i dealt with lost papers so many faxes just a nightmare! so lo and behold i was contacted bt eril slhaaf  (frieman law)  that he wanted to pursue another modification but i had to be late on mortgage payments by 30/90 days.

to go from current on payments to default,utterly ridicoulous,insane!  i was only trying to get relief for a year or two on balloon note due . i was not rying to wiggle out of my responsibilty assh#@le!!!!  citifinancial is the biggest loser company , do not ever get tied up with them they just want your property.  they are liars saying they help you im just glad this ex-construction worker started early on this modification ,ive learned how crooked and promises never kept.

i just want help fo kittle while i could have been ok if i had a little time,good thing i checked in scam alert and seen all the people who were told to be late on payments ,not happing here !!!! so as far as wiggling out im not ,,,,,,,,,,,,i was promised at begining be no problem,,,,all i got was ripped of of 2900 dollars hard to come by in my family,2900 dollars is nothing to sneeze at!!!!  i hope i can help someone looking for help to watch out for promises that wont be kept!!!!!!!!!

Wiggle out of paying  insane your crazy if i work on your car and drove out oshop broke down they shop refused to fis is that wiggle whould you feel mad???n  i never beat no one ever out of anything i wasnt asking to forgive my debt you fool..  better think about it hard  ! 

yu a** i was lied to promised action,all i asking for was time ,you have no clue i wasnt trying to beat no on out of money ,when imm told to stop making payments thats illegal, and yo tell me to go on 2900 isnt nothing to sneeze at. This is illegal  usually all business want half down other half at finiosh ,what planet are u on ,there side ? i will go on to tell everyone not get scammed by freaks like you. yes im mad ,i hate to get lied my family hates liars we expect what we get paid you moron ,not scam artists who take people, all agencies and all lawyers in my town told me what scams thesee mods are and to try get money back,i will keep on truckin DUDE!!

You wont be getting your money back from them. See you have to pay them even if you do not get a modification. They also will not apologize to you for the fact that the company that holds your note will not give you a modification. You will be held to the terms of the original contract ballon payments and all. You were able to drop almost 3 grand in an attempt to wiggle out of your original contract. And thats what it is. Wiggling out of what you original agreed to. Yes we all understand that you are no longer in a situation that would allow you to keep the agreement you originally signed. But to get mad about it and then blast them online because you were not given a modification seems a bit shitty on your part. Ok so youre out 3k and no modification. Get past it and move on.

Just because you didnt get what you wanted is no reason to NOT pay them. They still did the work and attempted to get you a modification. Demanding your money back because you didnt get what you want is punishing the ppl who tried to help you in the first place. Really immature of you.
