I got a 15 year equity loan with citizens bank 14 years ago, they have been nothing but harrasing with sending people to take pics of my house once a month and when i stopped one person i got im a real estate agent and this is just for refinance purposes and i told the person i am not refinancing my loan as i will done with it next year dont come here anymore and take another pic and everytime someone did this i reported it to the police, i get social security once a month and when i get paid i pay the loan and about over 10 years ago my social secuirty stopped for 3 months and i never got retro for the 3 months putting me 3 months behind with my loan but since that point i never missed a payment every single month till this past august when my best friend who gives me a ride everywhere since i dont have a car his mother was rushed for emergency surgery and couldnt take me for 5 days which i guess went past a certain date and citizens decided to put me in default to force me to refinance. i sent them 2 months payment in sept and they returned my check saying it's not enough and told me i also owe late charges which i never once got a bill for but told them once i finish paying off loan next year i will pay the late charges so i just sent them first check for 2 months and 2 more months on a check totaling 4 months though they want 6 and late charges and the reason i owe 2 more is becuase they waited a month and sent my check back. i have never seen such a mafia run organzation in all my life treating a customer who has paid over $120,000 in 14 years which is $50,000 more then what i borrowed and i am praying they take the 4 months and let me finish paying it off and stop threatening me with forclosure in jan as it just isnt right and no judge in the world would allow it and will tell them he is trying to pay you and you keep refusing it i suggest you take his money and let him finish paying you off

Why are you so dramatic...

You say Really? Well one must say the same thing to you...
i understand i was late but i have had many loans in the past i have paid off and i have never been treated before as this bank treats it's customers
- So of course to compare "Apples to Apples", you had borrowed approximatly $70,000 from other banks and had been late on those loans as well...right?
and if you look up citizens bank on here there is a million complaints for good reason
- Actually I did that by clicking on the link at the bottom of your report..I found 138 complaints. 1,000,000 - 138 = 999,862. So can you please tell us where we can find these other 999,862 complaints. Heck I'll even make it easier on you and round it down to 900,000. Or is this just more exaggeration to try and make your story sound more sympathetic.
Oh and as your your original "sob story", just to point a few things out.
when my best friend who gives me a ride everywhere since i dont have a car his mother was rushed for emergency surgery and couldnt take me for 5 days which i guess went past a certain date and citizens decided to put me in default to force me to refinance.
- The ONLY reason 5 days would have mattered is if you were already late. As for being past a "certain date"..you had this loan for 14 years, you should be well aware of the dates payments must be made by. By the way, if you really wanted to make the payment why couldn't you find someone else to take you? Why didn't you pay it on line? Why didn't you make a phone payment?
stop threatening me with forclosure in jan as it just isnt right and no judge in the world would allow it and will tell them he is trying to pay you and you keep refusing it i suggest you take his money and let him finish paying you off
- Yea, don't be so sure that any judge would see it your way. Most will be very straight forward and look at the contract, see that you did not follow the terms and rule in favor of the bank. Oh and yes they will bring up the exact same questions that have alrady been mentioned.

i understand i was late but i have had many loans in the past i have paid off and i have never been treated before as this bank treats it's customers especially when your at the end of the loan pushing my back against the wall to refinance and if you look up citizens bank on here there is a million complaints for good reason and once i pay them off soon i never want to see their name again as there are better ways of doing business and they are the worst i have ever seen end of story.

The Card Game Doesn't Work Here!

You were late paying your bills as per your very own words. Being old or disabled has NOTHING to do with this. Somebody else's mother going to the ER has NOTHING to do with this. You can stop playing the sympathy cards and while you're at it, you can send the violin players home too.
You were admittedly LATE and as such, it was YOU who turned on their collections machine.
Let me save you some effort. Don't bother wasting your time by writing back saying, "you must work for them" because I'll save you the trouble! I don't!
