Stay away from this place. I was young & wanted to trade my car in to get something better & I ended up here because my brother once bought a car from them. The entire process was a smooth exchange, they made me feel very welcome. Within an hour I was driving away with a 2004 Ford Focus. The car had 167k miles on it & by the time I had the car for 3 months it started making a noise while I drove & it stopped on me on the on ramp to the highway. Turns out the timing belt had broke & I needed the wheel bearings fixed as well. I paid over $900 to get my car fixed. 2 months later, my car quit again & I had to have the spark plugs replaced. I didn't want to give up on my car because I wanted to build credit.

A year later, the transmission started slipping & my when I would stop at a traffic light, the car jerked s****.>

We went on a test drive, he pulled the car fax. I knew what to look for from experience with the previous car, so I thought I was set. 3 days after getting the car the check engine light came on, the car started sputtering & shutting off. I called Chuck, he told me to take it to his mechanic & they had it fixed within a few hours but couldn't tell me what the problem was. I ended up letting it go & trying to be grateful I didn't have to pay to have that work done.

Fast forward a year & a half later. I've had so much work done to this car. I had to get the timing belt replaced, 2 CV axle joints, a new sway bar replacement, turns out there was a crack in the radiator so I had to get that replaced as well, I've been having problems with the heat/AC system for months now. & a few weeks ago the check engine light came on & now the thermostat isn't regulating the temperature. Yesterday I decided to do a little bit more research on this car through a friend who owns an actual legit car dealership, she ran the the information & got the real car fax for the car & we found out this car has been registered in 7 different states, had 1 reported accident & was used as a rental car twice & was never serviced.

I am now stuck with this car & continuously pouring money into it. I would avoid this place like this plague. Also, if they want a down payment, say you have no money towards the car you want.. it goes straight into their pockets & wont show up anywhere on your paperwork that you put down X amount towards your new car. I was young & dumb & still paying for this mistake that I've made twice so far. There cars have problems & they lie to you to get their sales. They don't care about you or your safety when it comes to these cars they are setting you up with. Do your research. Please.
