City Auto Wholesale ripoff Very dishonest sales people and very rude as well Milwaukie Oregon

bought a car 6 days ago, it was late and very cold, i was told i can only get approved for the vehicle due to my poor credit, i was promised that the car is fully functional no damaga whatsoever and the only thing is it has high mileage, i didnt get the chance to check everything if it was working, i took their word that all was working 100%. while i was signing the papers they said they would clean the car, next day when i picked up the car it was very dirty like someone used it, cigarette ashes, straws, cigarette butts etc,smelly interior as well. it wasnt a big deal but 2 days later i realize that wiper wasnt working, left side mirror broken, defrost not working, heater only run on high, and smell did not go away like they told me it would. they kept promising me that nothing to worry about co'z i have 30 to return it.

So i called and said kep it for few days and return later, snowed plenty next few days that's why i could not come out, then i came today to return because they very dishonest, also the Jeremy guy another salesaman was rude, they did not do anything to fix the problem, they did not give me a loaner car co'z he said that tony was not there, with the weather condition, it was very unsafe to drive that car that has broken wiper, defrost, and left side mirror. they lied to me about the value of the car per KBB, they said 5999 which is already lower but it was actually only 3500 approximately. please help me get my money back and just return the car. Car was Dodge Stratus 2000, with 123,584miles, sold for 5999 while the value was only 3,400. interest was 29.99% co'z i was told that i can only get financiang through them which was lie because i had other dealers calls me for pre-approval. i was in a hurry to get the car that night becoz i was to start working asap, and they took advantage of me way too much. the car interior was very dirty when i picked it up next morning. ...if possible, i'd like to just return the car. they lied to me that the car was fully functional, they lied to me that i can bring it back anytime, they were dishonest about i can never get financing elseweher except thru them, they were dishonest about the real KBB value of the car. (dodge Stratus, 2000, Gold color, 123,584 miles). and they were very rude particularly the jeremy salesman when i spoke to them trying to return it or get a replacement. it's really not right to take too much advantage to first time buyer people like me. it was wrong i believe to let me drive that car home them knowing that its somehow unsafe not having the wipers, defroster, side mirror working. especially with the weather condition here now in oregon. i'd like my $700 cash down, minus the charges since i had the car for 5 days. these people are very dishonest and other people should know that that's how they do business, lie to the customer and get them to sign in a hurry.
