City Auto Wholesale Won't correct severe steering problems with car Milwaukie, Oregon

On July 25th 2011, I purchased a 2000 Dodge Stratus ES for the amount of $3,977.00 minus the trade in of $1000.00 and 200.00 cash which left a balance of $3,050.00 with the fees.  The total pay-off is $3,688.56 with interest.

   When I first test drove it with the salesman with me the car made a horrific thump, thump, and my husband said it was the CV Joints going and the salesman  said it was the tires which were bald.  The driver's seat wouldn't go forward at all and he said "no problem" we'll fix it.  Which they did do that.  When we got the car back it had no brake lights at night.  During the day you had them but when you turned on the headlights at night I had no brake lights.  Again I took the car back and they said they would fix-it.  I took 2 days.  They said "We don't fix these cars we just sell them".  I've only had the car 4 days in going on three weeks.  The salesman seemed really nice but once you get the car their not nice any more. 

    The rackinpinon stearing, frontend alignment, very bad and they won't have anything to do with it. It's very dangerous from what our mechanic said.  They gave us 30 days to trade it in if we don't like it and they would put us in another vehicle.  The dealer keeps giving us the run around. Keep saying their not going to put anymore money into the car plus it has a big crack in the windshield.  They have several cars in the price range for me but refuse to trade me for another car like they said. They have nothing but lied to me and I feel like they stole my money and my car from me.  Can you help me with this crooked dealer.  The Oregon statue states a vehicle sold must have 17 point safety inspection.  These guys said" They never heard of it."  I'm very worried about my safety.
