CityGrid Media Erin Leonard, Krystyne Spence, Heather Herbert, Lisa Lee, George Kaiteris Marketing and Advertising Scam Hollywood, California

Agreed to a 19.95 paid listing with Citygrid for City Search. I was optomizing my website by sign up on different citations. The person got my information for the 19.95 to come out each month. Next thing I know on 9/2/2011 419.00 came out of my business account. I sent Erin Leonard an email (I guess she was my rep) to put my money back and I did not sign for any packages. I also sent an email to customer service and to a person named Lisa Lee who wanted some information on my business for some type package that I did not authorize nor want any package. Just the 19.95 listing and to return my money.

On 11/7/2011 I received an email from Erin Leonard that said:

Dear Erin,

Congratulations! (My name) has approved their CityGrid Media advertising campaign.

Please attach this email along with all content and any additional approvals/notes to your Salesforce opportunity and set to Stage 5. The Sales Coordinator team will take it from there!

IMPORTANT: This campaign will not go live until the Sales Coordinators have all necessary information.

Question? It will not go live until all necessary info is received, yet 400.00 is taken out of my account on 9/2. I responded to the email that I did not authorize this package. I then called and Erin finally answered the phone. She told me when I responed to the email on 11/7/2011 (shown above) that I authorized it. Wait. The email stated on it I did not authorize it (in my files). So you take 400.00 and then get authorization?

I ask to listen to the phone call and of course they don't record phone calls. I ask for previous correspondence and that also is not available. This is an absolute scam company that needs to be brought to justice by the California Attorney General. I want my money back and will seek every legal option to get it back.
