I was contacted by Citygrid Media on October 21, 2012 by Veronica Bezdek. She called me to see if I would like to use their services to market my company that had opened on October 1, 2012. After about an hour of conversation, I decided to go with their offer of not having to pay up front. That I would only be paying for the clicks and no more then $200 the following month on Nov 21st.

I gave Veronica my creditcard number and then I was sent an email saying that I would have to wait for my panel because they were having technical issues. This was the first red flag for me. I waited a few days, to see if the issue was resolved. I called and also emailed. Nothing. No answer.

After checking the internet to see what was listed on my company on search engines, I was surprised to see that all my information was listed wrong with Citygrid. They listed my company with the wrong phone number and address. I couldnt believe what I was seeing. By this time, all I wanted to do was cancel my account. So I finally get ahold of Veronica only to be told that she will have to ask her boss if I can cancel early. It hasnt even been a week. I wasnt sent a panel or even a welcome letter. I havent used their services and now they dont know if I can cancel.

She finally wrote me back saying I that my account had been approved for cancellation and that I would not be billed. This email was sent to me on November 1, 2012.

Now its November and I have received two emails stating that I am delinquent in my account and that I owe Citygrid $190.00. That they have tried to charge my creditcard several times and it has failed.

I feel like I have been lied to and now Im they are trying to scam me. I have proof of all the emails sent. This company is a complete rip off.
