CityGrid Media CitySearch Lied about what they intended to do, stole money for setting up a website that they never set up, complete rip off and scam West Hollywood, California

Phone call from sales person Joe, he wants to drive more business to me via a web-sit. Customers will call me and make appointments. For each phone call I receive it will cost $1.60. I can track these phone calls in the back office and even listen to them. He will call me in a few days when everything is set up.

After a few weeks, I start looking on line for the back office. I find no phone calls placed to my business, but I do find a bill for over $400 for a pay per click service.

I call Joe and tell him I never received a phone call saying that everything was live. He says OH?

I thought I called you. No you didn't call and I didn't set up a pay per click service with you either.

That's when everything starts going south. After telling Joe what our agreement was and him lying to me over and over again, I ask to talk to his supervisor. Next I get to talk to John, he tells me that yes it is a pay per click service and he can't cancel it until the end of the full month. I inform them that I didn't sign up for a pay per click service and if I'm charged for a pay per click service, I will tell everyone possible about their poor business ethics and the rip off scam that CityGrid is practicing. John tells me that he will send me a cancellation notice via e-mail at the end of the month.

Now CityGrid is charging me $588 for a Rip Off Scam. The only thing they did was steel my web site I have had since 2007 and put their phone number on it, then freeze it so I couldn't use it. I never received any phone calls from any clients through them, they did nothing for my business and now they want $588. They should be put in jail. How do people like them stay in business. What do we, the hard working honest business people of America have to do to keep thieves like Joe and John at CityGrid off the street so we will be able to make a living and feed our families.

Do NOT ever use CityGrid unless you want to be ripped off!
