I worked there from 98 until 2003! I opened many, many offices. I worked for HR and the CEO of the company! So, let me tell you a few things. First off, they do rip employees off. Raises, etc. They have not given their management or upper management raises in 4 yrs, the excuse is, we will revisit it again in 6 months, then in 6 months, nothing happens.

It is a never ending circle with them. Secondly, they rehire employees back (management) that were fired for sexual harassment. I have seen managers (corp managers) target young females to run errands with them under the illusion that they are buying supplies for the office and of course the young girls go so they can get paid, have a free lunch and get out of the office and the corp employee makes their move!

The company is a scam and they get rich while the rest of you get poor! The president of the company has a hired limo driver to drive him to work and pick him up and then in the meantime, he (limo driver) is driving the presidents wife to NYC to shop. I think that the money 50-60 thousand a year could be used for employees who are making them money! Holiday parties were a joke as well, drugs, alcohol, fights and sex! It was a hush, hush situation! National managers fighting and getting away with it. Unreal! And to someone else's question about HR being qualified employees, not so much. The director of HR, Helen, was not certified and that is why she is not in that position anymore.

She also discriminated against people and talked about EVERYONE! She felt because she was employed in Jersey, she was above everyone else. Alice, the CEO, violated the Frat policy herself. So, tell me why it was ok for some and not for others! There are so many things that I could write about, those are just a few to give you an idea of how this place works!
