Civic Development Group Whatever it takes??? Human Resources New Jersey

Ok, so this new slogan they got going, "Whatever it takes" is a joke! But, I will get back to that later. Ok, just want to touch base on a few things. The whole idea of having employees write positive things about the company is a desperate cry for help! Like Alyce is the modern day superhero! ha! I would have to say that she is definitely a "man" hater! This is not a company to work for if you have a family! Your family is dead last if you want to keep your job! She thinks she is going to turn this company around by saving money, then making money? She's foolish! She spends money on the dumbest things that are so called necessary. They aren't smart enough to realize where money should be spent and where it's not necessary anymore! But I won't go into that! Joe, MIA most of the time, what's he being paid to do? Does anyone really know? Probably not, cause he certainly isn't working to earn his paycheck!
So, to get back to the "Whatever it takes" slogan. Whatever it takes to be a completely woman ran business is what it really means! She has her little cronies in place, think about it and then tell me I'm wrong. Oh, and who gets quizzes at a job? What are you 1st graders? Someone should take the little EEOC policy and quiz the members of HR, see if they pass, see if they know EVERY answer! I would bet they don't. They are very hypocritical and I believe they get their jollies each and everytime they call someone with that bs quiz. What a waste of time and money if that is a way to find something for hr to do to justify why they should be there. Alyce and her cronies mistreat most of the people out in the field because they feel they are above them. But they need to remember, without the people in the field, you won't make any money, Alyce and her robots should be kissing the a$$es of the people in the field, afterall, that's why they get a paycheck! Most of the employees in corp are kiss a$$es, but to the wrong ppl. They lie and pretend to be on your side when they are actually only saying what you want to hear so they can get you to do or believe what they say all the while trying to make themselves look good, most forget where they started from. If you would put most of them back in the offices they would never survive! Anyway, enough ranting. Someday everyone is going to wake up and smell the coffee and see where the money is going, until then, I guess hang on, it's going to be a heck of a ride, cause they are going to do "Whatever it takes"!! Just an opinion!
