Claim $500 in gas was the promise. We, too, found out that the $25 per month gift card had strings attached.

We have now sent the receipts every month since January and gotten confirmations via e-mail and the notice of this company's relocation to new address. That is all we have received since the 5 months of sending receipts to them. No gift cards.

There is no telephone contact to this company, so that also is suspicous. We haven't tried the e-mail yet, but it appears there is no answer to that avenue either to those who have tried.

Since we are in Florida, going to the location of the address is not an option for us. But, I would be curious to find out if anyone has checked the location out to see what kind of operation has been established by this company and when did they start? Why did they move from their first location anyway...? There could be legimate reason, but I am getting more suspicious as there has been no promised gift cards.

The original promise was the gift cards would be mailed 4-8 weeks after processing (4 weeks if you mailed them early, like the 15th. We have always done that. Now on the e-mail they send regarding their address change they say it takes 10-12 weeks to mail the cards ...

Seems that the time line is changing as well as the address... I don't know about this. Is someone else cashing in on the gas cards?

Davie-

If you still have not received anything by now, can I suggest you give Customer Service a call? They have been very helpful with any and all my questions. If you have been doing your part in the program, you deserve your $25. With gas still sky-rocketing by the day, they truly come in handy. Good luck to you, here is the phone number to customer service.
