In Febuary of 2011 I purchased a Clayton home with a one year warranty. Which is a falsehood. Cupboard doors are falling off. Siding is discoloring. Foundation cracking.Lumps in kitchen flor along with a nail coming through the tile. Foul ordor in master bath sink. With no odor in any others. When wind blows blinds move with the wind gusts. Instead of honoring their so called warranty the told me to contact the state. If I wouldn't have put down a large down payment I would walk away and leave them this thing they refuse to fix.

Clayton Homes ,mobile homes, RIP OFF - POOR QUALITY! I lost so much money on buying this home and am heart broken. The customer service people were rude and nasty to me. Please beware and avoid this company unless you want to go through what I did. Clayton homes are VERY LOW QUALITY. This company is a joke. I have many emails saved from them, and tons of pictures from all the defective workmanship and problems. Clayton Mobile Homes built low quality, leaky homes that fall apart within one year! Georgia
