When I signed a contract with Living Well Today magazine (Janice) Sales person, promised me the best advertising method and that I have would have hundreds of potential customer that will see my ad at the vons store.

She told me the magazine will be display on 3 of 4 Von's stores in my city and that I will get my money's worth.

Signed the contract showing the 3 locations where my ad will be shown and left happy thinking that I made a good advertising decision.

When the magazine publish date arrived I went to the closest Vons store to pick up the magazine but I did not found the magazine! I asked the manager of the store and he told me that the magazine rack for the magazine was moved out side of the store inside of a little pharmacy about 10 yards of the vons store. I when to the pharmacy and grab the magazine but my ad was not there.

I called Janice the sales person but she did not answer neither returned my calls.

Then I called Andrea who was in charged of my add, she assured me that my ad will be showing the next month which It did not. Called again to find out that Andera was not longer working for them. Now after 3 months my ad is now showing but in onlyon 1 of the 3 stores.  I have called Ericca, Janice, Nancy, Andrea, Judi, Tania to fix this problem and I am getting no where. I called them again to cancel my contract since they can not complying with the contract.

The answer was YOU CAN NOT CANCEL THE CONTRACT! I guess I did not read the fine print were it says the contract can not be cancel..

I need some help to get out of this scam!!
