CMC Chemical Mark Attempt to bill for unwanted/unordered maintenance chemicals Farmingdale, New York

This company attempted to deliver an unwanted package to one of our properties. The package was inadvertently signed for and opened to realize it was an unordered chemical product. CMC sent an invoice for delivery/product. The product was returned. CMC continuously sent invoices demanding payment. They called and harassed the leasing office, asking for the 'maintenance supervisor', insisting we needed the product.

They have recently contacted another one of our properties, asking for the maintenance supervisor, saying he placed an order. Once again, he was extrememly rude and harrassed the leasing office. We told him the order was never placed. Mark, from CMC, said we may still be billed because it was too late to cancel the order. We asked them to never contact our business again.
