Even though in 2002 "Attorney General's News Release" of Missouri posted a letter on their site when some definite conditions where given to this organization regarding their puzzle/math contests, the company continues to send mails without any of advised/recommended conditions:

1.Information on the number of rounds involved.
2.The date by which a winner will be determined.
3.A complete listing of the fees involved.
4.An illustrative final round puzzle sample.
5.The estimated number of contestants.
NO ONE of the conditions was respected, and the mails of this company look like illegal business when endless entry fees are taken from naive customers which never get a real chance to win money (and can't imagine how all this is going to continue). For the last letter they wanted from me $8 x 3 = $24 Can.
Before they wanted $20...

I don't understand why this company is not closed and continues to grab money from poor customers. How does this income look for people working in legal system? Honest? Decent? They actually fool customers!!! It's not just spam in my mail-box, but scam!!! ...and until what time they are going to exist? Is here anybody who can stop them?

It seems me that somebody who allows them to exist, is paid by this company for being indulgent to them and for closing eyes on illegal business.

I received so many these letters during last 6 months with promises that I have already won something and need to pay a little bit for processing and so on. Different variants, with visible and hidden fraud...

I didn't pay anything, but i'm very worried about people who spend the rest of their money for hope to get more money instead and feel happier. Also I heard/read that when such companies find some old people (may be even with dementia) who answer and send cheques, they send and send their mails with promises to give money... - and poor people spend their savings for this fricking company. Relatives may even not guess until it becomes obvious... I know how many mentaly ill people are around and how they look at possibility to win - they are the main victims of such companies, I guess. But actually everybody can be caught on such letters and then become stressed after realizing that one was fooled. I don't think it's fun to feel it, some sensitive people can even get serious diseases from it.
Your city should do something about this scam.
