Collection Company Of America I am receiving a collection for an at&t bill that does not belong to me, i am trying to contact them with no response back Norwell Massachusetts

i received a collection notice from collecion company of america, i have tried several times to call them and just get no one, it rings and rings, i stayed on the line over a half hour with no answer, so i called the at&t number which is 1866-223-2720, they said the account was in the name of danielle mxxxx,
which is my maiden name, and gave me a number it was for, they said the couldn't help i would have to call the collection company.

i have no idea what this is at&t said it was for a phone line downstate, i have never lived downstate and can't seem to get through the collection agency. the client
reference number is 3134915343229 and the agency account number is 15-10261724, i believe this is a scam and need help. thank you
