College Partnership - Fraud College Partnership ripped me off ($1600.00) with NO SERVICE what so ever Centennial Colorado

I signed up with College Partnership in Dec 2006 for my 9th grader daughter. I paid in full $1600.00 and received a information package within few days. After that I was supposed to contact their advisor for the college planning. The phone number provided in the package never worked. I tried calling their headquarter in CO several times and each time I got a response that someone will call me. No one called me and here I am after one and half year. I reported them in BBB today. Physical address given on their website which is working fine to attract new customers doesn't exist anymore. Their answering service picked up the phone and gave me another address for them.
I believe it is a fraud company and they ripped me off. I will do what I can to get my refund back.
