Colonial Home Warranty Never Helped Me. Was always negative on the phone. Never helpful. Waste of money. Don't use this company! Internet

I had an air conditioner problem and the company Colonial sent out wanted to do 1200 dollars of repair. Colonial turned it down because they said i didn't maintain my air conditioner. I spent 45 dollars on that. Then i called another company and he fixed it and said i didn't have a problem , just keep my air at 70 degress and above . It has worked for 11 months. Now i had it fixed , it needed some parts and the bill is in review with Colonial for over a week . They are trying to deny it . I also had my unit maintained so they can't say it was due to that.

Everytime i call them ( 3 times) the first thing they say is " that's not covered" , not can i help you or anything positive . Very negative company .

Now i have a leak from my shower and i can't get a straight answer from them concerning what will be covered . Extremely  bad customer service and they set out to try to deny every claim and not be helpful whatsoever. I paid over 300 dollars for this policy and have been denied once and their trying to deny my other emergency claim . Very frustrating company and i would NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

I don't usually write anything about people but they should shut down and not Rip People Off.
