Colonial Home warranty never fixed my ac unit after their contactor fried my compresser Wilmington, Delaware

I got colonial home warranty in Sept 2011 and we needed them in June of 2012 when our AC Unit went out. They sent a man out to fix it and He looked at it said he fixed it I told him it wasnt fixed but he said that it takes a minute to kick back on. As soon as he left the compressor stopped working I called him back. He said he didn't do anything and that he will turn it into the warranty company but he will say that they will not replace it.  I had to get another company to come and fix it and they said the man fried the Compressor and the warranty company told me after faxing the paperwork they requested to go after the contractor they sent. And now no one will fix the AC unit and or pay for the compressor they fried.
