Columbia House uses the director selection automatic delivery option to ensnare its members into billing them for items they don't receive.

Without this Director Selection automatic delivery to its members, I doubt Columbia House would be in business.

When you don't receive the DVD they allegedly send you, they attempt to bill your credit card. They lie that they send you collection notices. Then they send you something out of the blue claiming you owe them $27.00 for one DVD you never received!

They threaten to ruin your credit. This is extortion, plain and simple. I'm paying it and then I'm ending my membership obligation. I will never become a member of one of these kind of operation clubs ever again.
