Columbia House Dvd Club ripoff I send payments they come up missing Terre Haute Indiana

I ordred some dvds total payment was 22.84 i sent in my money order they email me saying we have not recieved payment.i send them an email telling them i have sent payment and it was a money order.

they dont respond back accept to say have not received payment.they wont even talk in there emails to me to.
i called the infamous columbiahouse number, its a recording. no help there it just asks if i wanna order a selection.

i called numurous numbers featured on your rippoff website that other people have displayed in there columbia house ripp off reports.the majority of the numbers are non working disconnected numbers.

i even called bmg music service the first woman kept telling me no speak english no speak english and kept taling fast and i could not understand her hardley.even tho i diald for english assistance.

tho the woman who said she could not speak english was able to give me the 1800 number, i told her i already have that number.frustrated i said fine.then hung up.

i called again later and spoke to a woman who spoke perfect english she gave me a diffrent number i called this new number and it was a non working number and is disconnected. coulmbia house will not give me a number to talk to an actual person .

they wont talk to me in my emails when ever i email them useually 4 days later i get no payment recieved they wont answer my questions or even talk 2 me.i thought of just sending it back and gettn out of the club.but dont know how 2 return items or 2 were.

my luck if i did find were to return the items theyd say there never recieved the dvds ither lol sounds about right..so i guess i have no choice but to send them another 22 dollars meaning i will being paying them 44 dollars instead of 22 dollars.

who knows maybe that one will end up missing to.more than likely i will end up being sued over this. im very frustrated and angry.wish i never got involved with this company !!!
