Watch out when Comcast technician #4167 comes to install services. This guy is a thief. Keep the nannie cam on at all times and physically watch him and don't let his jolly talkative facade fool you. This individual stole an MP3 player from my home
After being given the run around and speaking with seven different Comacst representatives this employee is still working for the company. I am being treated as if I am the problem while Comast refuses to acknowledge any wrong doing by Technician #41678.
Looks like the Dish Network will be getting another customer. I am pulling my cable wires out as we speak. No need in continuing to do business with a company that does not respect the value of its most important asset.

File a Police Report

A company as large as Comcast gets a lot of complaints regarding their employees, especially the independent contractors that they often send to do installations. Your best bet would be to file a police report on that individual and forward it to Comcast. I bet they will take you seriously then.

Call 404-COMCAST (266-2278) and you will get us here in Atlanta Georgia. This is where I work..... so.... you need to file a claims form, and in a couple of weeks you will either get your MP3 Player back from the tech or you will get a bunch of money from us to replace your MP3 player.
If ya wanna tear out the cable wires, thats fine, no problem there. But at least get your MP3 Player back...
