Comenity Bank is just not happy if a customer is willing to make minimum payments, pay the interest, and simply stay current on thier account.
They also pad thier accounts liberally with mystery fees. Late fees when you are not late is a favorite of thiers.
If you should ***actually** be a couple days late with a payment you will be hounded by *agents* to the tune of 3 or 4 calls a day. Literally starting at 7 am pst and going into the late evening hours.
Their agents are perfectly willing to lie.
"Sorry your account is too overdue to make on online payment now". A lie.
"Sorry, we can't accept a debit card payment" A lie.
Another point-I never saw one dime of the so-called "points" they supposedly issue.
I'm surprised there are only 36 reports here given the wide range of businesses Comenty Bank issues cards for.
When it comes to using Comenity Bank BUYER BEWARE. They are looking for anyone who is vulnerbale to thier nefarious practises

It looks like everything you are saying are policy matters as opposed to legal matters. If a lender doesnt want to accept a debit card, that's entirely their decision. Nothing you claim they do is illegal. Of course the over riding issue here is YOU decided to not pay YOUR bills. The consequences YOU are experiencing, are 100% because YOU are not paying your bills.
