This bank turned my name in to Tele-Check saying I owed them 492.00, I disputed this almost three years ago and received a letter saying they had both been removed. I opened an account at another bank and they weren't there( actually I opened an account at two different banks and they never showed up) now I get a call from my banker about a month ago and she said I owed 492.00 to Comerica Bank. I immediately called them and they said they would check in to it.Now their  just playing dumb, saying all the info was purged from their computers. So I  guess now its time to lawyer-up.
