Comerica Bank Direct Express Direct Express MasterCard/ for citizens Social Security Checks San Antonio Texas

I had put my Social Security checks on a Direct Express debit card. There were fraudulant charges made on this debit card. I had difficulty reporting this charge, because my PIN number had been changed. I finally got ahold of a customer service agent and found out that the company was aware that my card had been compromised. They had already sent me a new card, but did not put a freeze on my card before my money was taken. My money was taken the same day that a deposit was made to my card and all of it was withdrawn the same day. This happened from a different state and I state that I had never visited. I filed all the complaint forms and mailed it back. A month latter Direct Express put the money back onto my card. The next month Direct Express took the money back with a reverse transaction. Now I have to find out why they made this decision and how to get my money back again. The customer agent did not know why when I called and did not say how to file a complaint.
