Commerce Energy LIES TO CUSTOMERS!!! Costa Mesa California

This company solicited this apartment complex illegally to begin with about a year or so ago. I found this out after I had already signed a contract with them. I was told TXU still controlled everything except billing. Well I was billed administration fees for several months. About $50.00 to $60.00 per month. Then my rate was very reasonable. Back in June of this year, I contacted Commerce Energy about my rate hike. I was told that they sent me a contract in the mail to choose which service contract I would prefer in November 2007. Never have received that contract and have requested it on several ocassions. Five times. Guess what I am being charged 23.5 cents per kWh. I even wrote the CEO Roberto Sosa. Got one answer from him stating which contract would you like. I have e-mailed him on three seperate ocassions and have still not received a contract. This way they can continue to take advantage of people for the higher rates. I have not ha a reply to my last two e-mails to the CEO. I just wonder how many other customers that Commerce Energy is taking advantage of.
