Commerce Energy/ Just Energy Scam/Misrepresentation Nationwide

I was approached at my home last night in Baltimore, Maryland by an individual who represented herself as being with BGE.  She said that my address had been tagged because my meter was put on the wrong grid and I was due a huge refund.  She asked to see my bill.  I asked her flat out if she was trying to get me to change electricity providers.  She assured me that she was not...that she was with the Maryland Commerce Commission.  She flashed a badge quickly so I could not actually see it.  She proceeded to input information into her i-pad and then asked me to sign.  The signature section completely covered the form that she had filled out.  When I asked if I could read what I was signing, she allowed me to glance at the form and was pointing to sections she said were the "important ones."  Then she proceeded to get someone on the phone to verify that I was agreeable to obtaining my "refund".  It was at this point that I again asked her if she was trying to change my supplier.  She said no.  While the person was on the phone asking me questions, the woman in front of me kept talking over her and kept telling me to say yes.  It was at this point that I stated clearly that I was discontinuing the phone call and no one had my permission to change anything on my account. 

These people are ruthless!  She lied directly to my face about what she was doing.  I can't believe that I allowed myself to fall for such a scam.  I thought I was a smart person.  I did report this incident to BGE who assured me that they were in no way affiliated with Commerce Energy and that if they received notification from Commerce about a change in my supplier that they would be in contact with me.

Not sure what can be done legally against these people, but this is just so wrong on so many levels.
