Commercial Investigations, INC. Trying the same tactics that Joseph Stevens used two years ago Van Nuys California

I was solicited by Joseph Stevens & Associates two years ago this month. I paid the magical $1800.00 (that seems to be the only number they can come up with). This was to get my case going, because time was running out for me to collect what I was owed. Or, so they said(scare tactic). Well, I showed up in court, my "Attorney" was a NO-SHOW, and my case was dismissed, due to this. I filed complaints with the BBB on-line and I filed a report on this forum last year. I don't know how, but I was called by JS&A and sent a check for a full refund!

Don't give them a DIME!!!!Not everyone's story ends like mine! I threatened them with wire fraud, and I believe that's how I got my refund.

NOW--- they're calling me again under another name, Commercial Investigations, INC. When I throw the name Joseph Stevens & Assoc. at them, all they do is deny, deny, deny. Funny, same address and same fake names as before. They are relentless, hard-up, non-ethical, etc. And boy, do they know how to drop the F-bomb and some other curse words. Be afraid! Be VERY AFRAID. Hang up the phone if they call you. Good Luck to all.
