These poeple are very adept at sucking you in to their scam,when you are the most vulnerable,dont do it they just want your money and nothing else!
they at 1st sound very concerned for you and are very convincing about getting your money back from your debtor,the day after you sign the agreement for collections however they call you and say that you will never get your money thru collections and need to proceed with litigations and want you to send them in my case 2400.00 dollars.
We looked it up on ripoff report and there are numerous poeple that have been ripped off.
They also say that if you withdraw your claim from cci that you will still have to pay the 10% that you agreed to give them if they collected your debt from the debtor.
At this point I am not sure what to do other than ignore the phone calls that are constant,I am sure that they will never collect from the debtor so for now I will leave it alone.
