 This company is a total scam.. They required that i pay $2500 up front with a guarantee that i would receive 65 commercial mortgage leads and if i was not able to close at least 2 transactions then i would receive a refund.. I signed up in May and received my first lead in June.. Since then i have received a total of 5 leads- 1 in the past 6 weeks.. I called each of the leads i actually received and was able to speak with 3 people who all said they wanted to be taken off of whatever list they were on as they had received so many calls.. The way their scam works is that they claim they sent me 65 leads to choose from however i did not log on quickly enough to get them.. I provided documentation that proved that this was false however they claim their data does not lie. I have all email correspondence available for anyone that would like to review it. Micheal Edwards (if that is his real name) advertises heavily on linked in and is absolutely not to be trusted. I am also reporting them to the Florida AG fraud unit - absolutely do not believe anything they tell you about their successes or the number of leads they supposedly give out each month- it is all fraudulent..
