commercialleads.net, LAV2, Michael Edwards commercial leads ripoff Nationwide

This company is a complete scam.  Michael Edwards is a con artist.  He starts and talks a great game like he has closed commercial loans in his career.  I was stupid to fall for this and you will be too if you invest any money.  first of all he will want you to wire money.  That should have been a red flag.  Second he will promise leads that never exist.  He says he sent me an email alert that leads are in the system.  Never received email.  Then he will berate you as if you are an idiot.  Will disappear shortly after the money arrives.  He says leads were in portal and i logged in 90 minutes late.  90 minutes and all leads are gone?  Really?!?!?!  He will then resort to insults and refuse to answer phone or communicate.  He has a contract that basically you are screwed!  

Whatever you do, do not invest one penny with this guy or this company.  Think about the leads system.  ask how they are generated.  It is all vague.  Why would anyone's advisor put them in this system?  Why can he not provide any lenders or companies.  Ask for references.  be careful it's not another person involved with his SCAM!!  Verify numbers on google.  He is slick and will take your money.  He has never provided a legitimate lead that fits his claim.  Anyone can list a loan on a site.  They have never heard of him or this company.  If you invest any money with this guy you will regret it, i promise!!
