Commonwealth Financial Scare Tactics & Fraud Dickson City, Pennsylvania

I received a phone call from someone (I now know it was Commonwealth Financial)a few weeks ago
asking for a Casius Broaster, (more on that later) I told them they had the wrong number and hung up.  Didn't think anymore about it.  Got another call this evening stating that I was in violation of a court order for a judgement against me for approx. $18,000.  They knew my name, address and social security number (no, I did not give it to them).  It was for a National City Visa opened up in Philadelphia, PA.  Now, I have never live in or even visited Philadelphia, PA.  Ms. Jennifer Lewis stated that all the info pointed to me and that he had lived here and received mail here according to the post master general. That should be a felony tellin lies on the PMG.  I told her he had never lived nor received mail here no matter what the post master general said.  After getting nowhere with  Ms. Jennifer Lewis, I asked to speak to a supervisor - Michael Turner.  He told me that he wanted to believe me but that everything pointed to me, (address, phone, SS etc) and then it was more judegement, court order, blah, blah, blah.  He did give me the name of his company, address and phone, which I then looked up on the internet which led me here.  I filed a complaint with the State Attorney's General office and then called Commonwealth back to ask the spelling of Ms. Lewis' last name (talked to Brenda) and to tell them I had filed a complaint. I then checked the Philly court system and found absolutely nothing under my name or the docket number he had given me (number was bogus) and then I looked up Casius Broaster who evidently was arrested with his brother for drugs Oct. 24th.  I then called back to let them know that he had been arrested (Brenda said they don't check prison records) and they shouldn't just pull names off the news and to tell them again that I had filed the complaint and that I'm sure the State Attorney General's office would be calling them, she said, that's fine - we'll tell them they have the wrong number.
