Comp Usa customer srevice and professionalism not at this store. Garden City New York

I am writing this to inform you of stuff going on at comp usa. first of all no 1 cares except the nice guard at the door who seems to know the technology and products better then every 1 else there.

I went in to see if I can find a specific type of memory for my laptop. I wanted to know what type. not one of the employees there knew what I was talking about other then the nice guard at the door. He took the time to not only look up what kind of memory I needed even showed me the maximum of memory my notebook can handle nd printed out the specs for me. thats customer service. The person who helped me said he is a technician and so cause its allegedly dead in the technical service area they put him there and knows the technology alot better then most of his coworkers.

I am telling you if there was more people like him the store would be alot more busier. He even was nice enough to tell me how to set up the wireless network in my house and drew a diagram to explain how it works as well as suggesting produtcs for me. Store 347 in garden city do not shop there people, customer service does not smile treat you with expertise and management are a cowardly lot never around or do not care how the store is run with cashiers and customer service joking around and being rude to you. Other then the nice guard thats there I seen him there at night mostly no one else takes the time to help you.
