Blame Y-O-U!

You kept on using an ATM card without having a clue as to what your balance is! Please tell all of us how smart that is!
NSF charges are a big profit center in banking because they know far too many people won't keep a written record of their account usage...JUST LIKE YOU...they keep using the card, running up overdraft fees and then blame the big bad bank...JUST LIKE YOU.
Banks should increase NSF/OD fees to minimum $100 a pop. Why not make a profit off of people who don't use common sense!

Same thing happened to me!

Mine was five NSF fees of $38, but it was the same thing - they said they process debits before credits. HORRIBLE customer service team, too - I called and they first told me they couldn't escalate my situation any further than the first rep I spoke with. Then I called back and they sent me to some customer care place or something, and they refused to give me a phone number to reach them at! "They'll contact you within 72 hours." SEVENTY-TWO HOURS?! How many of these situations are they dealing with if they can't get back to me within one?!
