I Purchased a refrigerator on 3-109-2002, including a 60 month extended warrenty it problems arise. Scince then I have had 6 problems, involving the controlpanal, the ice maker, the magnets, ect. I believe this to be some internal problem that cannot be fixed. However Conn's still keeps just "Putting a bandaid on it', which not only pads their pockebook, but also causes financial problems for me. By this I mean I have a job requiring 80 percant travel,so I'm not home. My husband is a contractor,so each time he has to wait at home for a service tech, it costs us an average of 350 dollars. In other words, if he is not working he gets zero dollars. At 6 service calls, thats a lot os money. In addition, his health is being affected brought on by the stress of Conns indifference. I believe they are not honorinng their warrenty, which states if the problem cannot be fixed, then it should be replaced. I have yet to see this. Hope you can help. The supervisor has never called me back after 12 different attempts.

I see Conn's is still up to thier old tricks.
We went through a simular experience with them a while back.

If you want anything at all done you need to call the corparate office. When you get the first person just tell her/him they can't help you and ask for her/his boss. Do the same with the next. Now you are at the top or close to it. They will still try to give you the run around but if you stay firm and civil with them and have all your facts straight they will eventually come round and solve the problem.
In our case they finally replaced the refridgerator and $250.00 worth of food. We lost more than that but that is thier limit.
