Consolidated Media Services (CMS) victimized, mistreated and ripped off Smyrna Georgia

I received a phone call in Dec. 2001 telling me that I was entered into several sweepstakes. So I continued the conversation. By the end of the phone call, I realized I had given out my credit card number, so I could receive several magizines for four years at a discount. I would pay $60/a month for 12 months, then nothing more for the next 3 years. Well, it's been 6 month's and I still haven't received two of the magazines I asked for.

I've called the company back and I got hung up on, then I called right back and the Supervisor got very upset that I was asking so many questions, and every time I would ask a question, he said something totally different than what he quoted before.

I received my supposive contract in the mail after the 10 days to cancel. There has got to be something I can do to get my money back.
