If there is an attorney who is interested in taking on the case to take these people down and shut down their business practices, please contact me as soon as possible?

Harrassment: I constantly receive calls from these people. I have had to stop answering my phone in order to get some peace. They also call my family and friends and discuss my account in detail and tell them "they better contact me and let me know they are looking for me". I recieved a call from the dispatch person in their recovery department on Tuesday of this week. He left a message on my cell phone " You said you were gonna call Mr. Gamboa back, too late now you will be walking, too bad, so sad", He hung up without leaving his name or contact information. He was completely unaware that I had spoken to Mr. Gamboa several times prior to his message? I have been harrassed by numerous calls on my job since I purchased this vehicle in Dec of 2006. I had asked numerous times for them to seis calling my employer and until they could no longer reach me (had work like changed) they continued to call my family and friends leaving very nasty and disrespectful, threatening messages on their phones. Cursing them out and just exhibiting no professionalism at all.

I have been called a "loser", bum, deadbeat, and a stupid pathetic b***h". I thought cursing anyone on the phone was against the law?

I have so many tales of unethical behavior by this company, I would be writing forever. If we all ban together and take this company on, we will save a lot of people the trouble of falling victim to this company.

Let's do this folks? Anyone interested in getting on board for a class action suit, or any attornies interested in taking this on please submit a rebutal with your contact email and lets discuss how to take this company down.
