Consumer portfolio services has been bullying and threatingand harrassing myself my employer and My family. CPS calls your house restricted or blocked or with the area code 630 number. They also accuse your employer of lying for you and tell your employer that you have one hour to pay your bill or they will reposses the car. Tells that to the front desk.
My employer has told them on numberous occassions to stop call and they still do. Calling my house as Knights towing or Browns towing. Using scare methods to make you pay when you are doing the best you can. they call your employer or references at least 20 to 30 times a day and this is an all day process. Telling your references that you owe so much money without you giving permission to do so.

CPS is known for all there lying, I am not sure in your state but it is against the law for any creditor to call you at work, or disclose any information about your situation to someone other than yourself. I contacted a lawyer and they will be hearing from him. I would suggest you do the same, We let the car go back and it has made the stress on us drop 100%.
I had another vehicle the very next day and do not care what they do with that one. However, we will wait to see what it is sold for and then the lawyer will take over with the lawsuit against them. And Jim they should not be calling employers and other people disclosing personal information.
