Consumer Portfolio Services ripoff and rude - Don't even know them! Internet

I can top all tells that has been told here. I don't knows this loan company but getting to know them real well. I Don't even have a loan from this company and they are calling me on a 2000 chev loan that I don't even have.

Someone with the same name as me has change all there info, so I guess these people won't contact them anymore, but now they have started calling me.
I called them and they said they called the phone directory and looked up my name which is the same as the other person but they failed to look at anything else and thats how they got my number.

They told me they was deleting my number off of this account, so 4 hours later I contacted them back being just as tricky and they had not delete my phone number.

So now these people think I am trying to fool them and they are thinking I have there 2000 chev. Well I hate to tell them but I don't need there loan I go through a credit union for my vehicle loan beacause I am lucky enough to have good credit. ( knock on wood).

I don't even own a chevy. I have a new dodge durango and a 2 yr old ford ranger.

Everyone is right these people are rude and _____. I told them I don't owe them a dime and they have no right to talk to me the way they were doing.

I told them they have not heard the last from me, I now have contacted the attonery generals office.
