CPS made in interest $12,000 dollars with a final threat to the very end to take the car if we were unable to make this final gigantic loan at the ending of their vicious cycle regarding monthly installments on a car that was worth almost the same amount in their profit.  

Along the way, this company left my wife in tears twice a month with their barbaric form of threatening phone calls without any form of mercy or willingness to bend in change over the course of six years.  In five years, we have both gone through different jobs, different titles, different levels of payment and different times of payment.  They refused to change the date of payment to be more accommodating to our life changes and they refused to change the size of payment in trade for a longer length of payment in order to guarantee on time payment.  

When informed of change in job and pay structure, they threatened us weekly that if we did not pay on time, they would repossess our vehicle in which we informed them that due to our mortgage being the same day as their bill, it would be impossible and they would have to accept late payment every single time.  They continued to yell at my wife, asking her why she doesn't have any money or have a good enough job and that she will lose her car because of her bad choices.  She would be in tears on the phone and these people would continue to scream at her and threaten to take her car away.  We almost returned the car to get these people off our conscious who would call a week before payment is due and threaten us about payment all the way up until the second week after payment was possible with harassing and disturbing phone calls.  

It came to a point where we had no choice but to ignore the phone calls to avoid the mental abuse barraging us every week for six years.  A Mrs. Dias and a Mr. Gomez are two names that pop up on this disgusting personnel and I highly urge anybody looking for a car to ask first if CPS finances their cars.  We went to the dealership and warned them about our experience and they said that many others have the same story but there is nothing they can do about it.  

I beg others who have had similar stories to union up and lawyer up against CPS, they must be stopped because they are truly the nastiest and wickedest company I have ever had to deal with by every stretch and means.  To be honest, when asked about it, I genuinely believe they take pride in their thuggish corporate structure and can't wait to make the next call or yank the next car from someone.  These people genuinely destroy lives and need to be addressed in a court room.  I don't want money back from them, I don't want to ever deal with them again, what I want is for nobody else to ever have to go through the victimization I went through with CPS and I plead with people to never get involved with them.  

They are not only crooks, they are gangsters and they are evil harassers who will never stop until they have been shut down permanently.  Somebody help us because I have visited this site many times just to read supportive messages and I know that I am not the only voice.  I will gladly help others speak out publicly at their door steps.  I've banned that car dealership and I warn everybody I know that they deal with CPS and they too know the horrors I went through.

Frankly, nobody deserves that sort of treatment.  Prisoners in the county jail are treated with more respect verbally than these heathens treat there "clients" - Shut them down.  I pray every night that the world shuts CPS down.  Nobody deserves failure worse than this company.  The world will be a better place after it collapses.

My wife and I moved from a renting situation, to a mortgage situation, all chocked up with a different date for payment on the house which was set to the same date as our car loan.  When informed of this, CPS was not interested in changing their pay date to the next week, when they would be able to get paid, in full, no problem.  Deadbeat?  Whom are you speaking of?  Me?  The guy with three jobs, one full and two part time?  My wife with two part time and a business of her own?  Two people who have no frivolous spending whatsoever because we are trying to set ourselves up in a position where we can have children and maintain a great lifestyle for a family?  We had no problem paying any of our bills at all with the exception of the disputable CPS.  But due to the date of our mortgage and the date of our paychecks, we were unable to pay both, the mortgage and the car payment simultaneously, a week later though, without fail, we could easily pay CPS, each and every guaranteed week.  Which we did.  Plus their late fees because they refused to work with us.  I'm sorry gentlemen, but you again, continue to pass ridiculous judgement.  Don't feel bad that you are both above the common folk and dribble your rhetoric, feel bad that you THINK you are above the common folk.

Even now, you guys are both wandering around the site, sniffing these people out and brandishing your "forever pay bills on time, get second and third jobs stop being losers" speech to people you haven't a clue about.  That my little buddies, is called passing uninformed, blind, ignorant and immature judgement.  It's childish.  The sort of thing a 3rd grader would do wandering around a recess break or lunch room.  It's sorry.  Again, the warning is the attitude and the way these people conduct there business.  I am clearly aware that I am not sitting down ordering a steak from CPS.  I'm not doing that with my phone service provider or my electric provider either.  They too will cut off the services if negligence is in place, but prior to this negligence ever taking place will sit down and work with someone who contacts them and informs them of need of assistance or life changes.  Even landlords are willing to bend somewhere in a six year period because they are aware that things happen in that time span.  A lot of things change.  Except for little Jimmy and Kenneth here, always on the straight and narrow with not a quip of financial issue, as if they are apart of the USA standards of living club.  Most people don't have it plushy posh like you two, hence why many of us work several jobs and long hours and have yet to work on having any children cause we aim to be in the right place in life.

You guys clearly have it all figured out and well put together, instead of coming onto these sites and belittling struggling or disgruntled people, how about offering some of your vast wisdom, perhaps a better infomercial other than "Don't do that, oh and stop being a deadbeat?" what kind of mess is that?

Tell you what - Thanks for your suggestions gentlemen, I'll keep it in consideration while I'm out here wandering around the word aimlessly, without direction lazily being a dead beat.

Losers.

Ken is 1000% right!!! By the way, you're NOT dealing with "Customer Service" here...you're dealing with BILL COLLECTORS. You wouldn't need to deal with BILL COLLECTORS if you paid your bills. Don't have enough money coming in? Easy fix! Get a part time job or jobs for your free hours and guaranteed you'll have more money coming in.

Ken is 1000% right!!!  By the way, you're NOT dealing with "Customer Service" here...you're dealing with BILL COLLECTORS.  You wouldn't need to deal with BILL COLLECTORS if you paid your bills.  Don't have enough money coming in?  Easy fix!  Get a part time job or jobs for your free hours and guaranteed you'll have more money coming in.

And Ken...stand by...I can feel it coming..."You must work for THEM!"

stated you had a "problem" making the agreed payment amount on time MANY times.

Most deadbeat borrowers when they've over-extended themselves (again) blame the problems on every one but themselves.

I would bet this isn't the first (or last) time this has happened to you and will continue to happen until you learn how to budget your money properly...NOT likely, right?

If all these subprime lenders (who operate on the same business model) were to be put out of business as you deadbeats always recommend, who would then loan to the legions of deadbeats out there?

They've heard ALL the excuses on a daily basis and they just don't believe ANY of it anymore.

It's the only way they have of dealing with deadbeats.
