CPS is telling me I owe them $2000.00 more than I actually do. They only information they will tell me in regards to the $2000.00 is that it is fees. No explanation of the fees or why I was charged the fees. The customer service rep toldme I have to speak to a supervisor. I have left voicemails for numerous supervisors and they have not called me back. I have paid my payments on time, in full, and I have proof. They wont call me back so I cant clear this up. I want to refinance my loan but I have the incorrect pay-off due to this error on their side. I dont know what else to do to solve the issue. If I over pay them they are stealing my money, if I dont pay them, they can take legal action against me and report it to my credit. This company is in the wrong and they are ripping people off. They need to be stopped.
