For sure, these guys are CLOWNS.
Take it from me, an ex-employee.
If you support any company that doesn't appreciate their employees & under pays them, then by all means do business with this company. Read all the other reports, why do you think their skip tracing department is so rude to people on the phone? 'Cause they're under paid to begin with & the only way they can make ends meet every month is to be ruthless on the phone & get their outstanding accounts paid.
That and they have to deal with the Mickey Mouse Management Team patched together by inadequate upper management staff on a daily basis. Hell, you'd be rude too. Trust me.
(Running joke while I worked there was CPS actually stood for "Can't Pay Sh*t")

So many times I'd witness other employees "gag" a customer (pose as the customer on the phone to get a verification one on of their accounts...like to verify a mortgage current or whatnot), how unsavory is that?
