CONSUMER PORTFOLIO SERVICES RIPOFF THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE IRVINE California

AFTER CONFRONTING THEM ABOUT THESE PAYMENTS THAT I MADE BACK IN NOVEMBER 06, THEY SAID I OWED FOR DECEMBER STILL. THEY ARE ALWAYS THREATENING AND TELLING YOU EVERYTIME THAT YOUR CAR IS GOING TO BE TAKEN AWAY FROM YOU. THEY ARE THE MOST RUDEST COMPANY I'VE EVER SEEN. THEY KEEP TELLING ME ALL THESE PAYMENTS I MADE WAS PAST DUE BALANCES OWED. I ALSO ARRANGED WITH THEM BACK IN AUGUST THAT I PAID 35.00 AND I COULD ROLL ONE PAYMENT OVER ON THE END OF THE LOAN. WHEN IT CAME TO ME PAYING IN SEPTEMBER THEY SAID THAT WASN'T WHAT THAT CONTRACT WAS FOR BUT YET I GOT IN WRITING WITH ALL THEIR INFORMATION. HOW CAN THEY DO THIS.

All i'm saying is that they always threaten and then you are scared thinking they are really going to do it. but how are you suppose to know what's really going on with your loan because all they do is send you a bill showing how much you owe not any breakdown. i have a bill right in front of me saying i owe them 1870.33 but yet i have proof of all the payments i made the kicker is that i pay by western union. not by personal check because everytime i tried that they kept not accepting them. i dont' know what more i'm suppose to do i have done all i can without bringing in more bills for us and maybe finally bullying this company back like they do their customers. i just dont' understand how they can call all these people not even knowing if they really know you. they called my neighbor and said"do you live across the street from kim and andy." well we would like to give them a message to call us back. how can they do that. beings that them people have nothing to do with us. they also left a message saying you owe for this car and deal with it. now the fed ex guy just delivered somthing of a threatening message. what do people like us deal with stuff like this. please let me know..thank you
